Job Requirements

Ability to work independently during evening and overnight hours
Dependable and self-motivated
Must be able to commute or relocate to Seattle, WA 98121
Willingness to work overnight shifts, weekends, and as needed
Basic computer skills
High school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

Positive attitude and service-oriented approach
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Previous front desk or night audit experience preferred but not required
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently and stay focused during quiet hours

Job Duties

Handle late-night check-ins and early check-outs
Process payments and manage reservations
Answer phone calls and respond to emails
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism
Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities to enhance the guest experience
Run nightly reports and complete audit procedures
Monitor building activity to ensure a safe, quiet environment
