The company offers an extensive range of services including resort-style pet day camp and care, professional pet grooming, low-stress and high-quality veterinary care, and overnight boarding that feels like home. With more than 60 locations across ten states and several others in development, Pet Paradise is rapidly expanding across the United States. Known for its commitment to quality and compassionate care, Pet Paradise creates a safe and entertaining environment where pets receive focused attention and loving care while their owners are away. The company prides itself on being a drug-free, smoke-free, and equal opportunity employer, strictly adhering to policies and laws that prohibit discrimination based on age, color, race, religion, sex, disability, sexual orientation, or national origin. Pet Paradise is committed to accommodating individuals with disabilities in performing the essential functions of their roles. Joining Pet Paradise means becoming part of a passionate team of pet people who genuinely enjoy working with animals and strive to provide a premier experience to every pet and pet parent.

As a Front Desk Associate at Pet Paradise's Pooler resort, you will be the welcoming face of the establishment, engaging warmly with pet parents and their pets as they enter the resort. Starting at $13.50 per hour, with periodic increases at six months and anniversary dates, you will be an integral part of the guest experience, managing check-ins and check-outs, coordinating pet suite placements, and assisting in pet handling tasks such as walking dogs and managing harnesses. This position requires a cheerful, friendly, and team-oriented attitude, as well as strong communication skills, problem-solving capabilities, and the physical ability to handle pets and stand for long periods. Employees have access to various benefits including career advancement opportunities through Pet Paradise’s Unleashed Leadership Academy, Dog Training Academy, and Grooming Academy. Additional perks include complimentary pet day camp, pet boarding, on-demand pay, discounted veterinary and grooming services, adoption assistance, fitness reimbursement, paid time off for all employees, 401(k) savings plan with company match, health, dental, and vision insurance for full-time staff, and an employee assistance program with mental health benefits. Working at Pet Paradise means being part of a supportive environment where you can grow your skills, develop professionally, and enjoy the company of pets every day.
