The Front Desk Associate position for the PM shift at Wyndham Park City Resort is a full-time role aimed at enhancing the guest experience from registration to checkout. This role is pivotal in ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued, contributing to their overall vacation satisfaction. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Basic math skills
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient with basic computer applications

Job Duties
- Bring smiles to guests from around the world by providing warm welcomes
- Guide guests through the registration process, issue unit keys, and provide information about the resort and area attractions
- Process cash and credit card transactions strictly following established procedures
- Balance cash receipts, perform bucket checks, and complete other cashier/money handling responsibilities
- Complete all check-out procedures and verify that the correct charges and credits are reflected in guest folios
- Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and/or groups
- Provide guests with room rate quotes
- Respond to guest inquiries and concerns as quickly and completely as possible
