The Front Desk Associate role at PM Pediatric Care presents an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about healthcare and customer service. This role also includes responsibility for maintaining accurate patient records, including demographic, insurance, and financial information, while safeguarding confidentiality in full adherence to HIPAA guidelines. Individuals must be comfortable managing incoming patient documents and correspondence, performing routine opening and closing duties such as organizing, stocking, sanitizing, and financial reconciliation.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong customer service skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and the flexibility to adjust to varying work schedules and potentially travel between sites as required. Candidates with prior healthcare experience, especially knowledge of medical insurance, and experience in front desk, concierge, or hospitality positions will have a distinct advantage. This role requires exceptional communication, critical thinking, time management, and situational awareness, along with a gentle and friendly demeanor suited to interacting with children and their families. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Greets families professionally both in person and on the phone
  • answers patient and family questions to the best of his or her ability and or seeks clarification and instruction when needed

  • coordinates escalations and urgent issues to ensure timely and complete resolutions
