This position is designed for individuals who excel in customer service and possess strong organizational skills and the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment. The position is part-time, with work scheduled on weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. The hourly pay rate is $18, paid bi-weekly, and employees receive supplemental benefits including dental and vision options.

The role involves critical thinking and problem-solving competencies, requiring associates to handle situations that demand sound judgment and decision-making. Additionally, the ability to read and interpret leases, technical procedures, and regulations is necessary to ensure compliance and proper communication with residents and vendors. Physical demands include standing, sitting, walking, occasional climbing, and handling packages up to 50 pounds, as well as being on call for extended and flexible hours. This adaptability and resilience are key to meeting the dynamic needs of the position.
