Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
6-12 months of customer service experience preferred
basic computer skills
availability to work Saturdays and Sundays from 11AM to 4PM
willingness to become CPR/AED certified
strong interpersonal and communication skills
ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
dependable and punctual
ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment preferred
basic computer proficiency
willingness to become CPR/AED certified with training provided
strong communication skills

Job Duties

Greet members and guests as they enter and exit the club
assist with questions or concerns at check-in
promote the Judgement Free Zone by engaging with members on the club floor
resolve member concerns and escalate issues to management
answer phones and assist callers
perform membership functions such as sign-ups, updates, cancellations, and collecting unpaid balances
conduct prospective member calls and tours
execute retail transactions accurately
regularly clean and sanitize exercise equipment and amenities
ensure restrooms are clean and stocked
perform comprehensive club walks to address safety, policy, and cleanliness
promptly address maintenance and facility concerns
