The Front Desk Associate at FS Residential plays a vital role in maintaining a secure and welcoming atmosphere within residential properties. As a frontline representative, the associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service by greeting residents, guests, and service providers professionally and courteously. This position requires the ability to work independently without direct supervision while managing multiple tasks efficiently. The Front Desk Associate monitors access control systems and emergency response protocols, ensuring a safe environment for all building occupants. Responsibilities extend to maintaining accurate daily logs, handling complaints or issues with prompt follow-up, and assisting the property manager with additional duties as needed.

Working the night shift, specifically from 11 pm to 7 am on weekends, requires a dedicated individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as the capability to respond effectively to emergencies. This role demands attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and proficiency in using electronic security control technology. The associate must demonstrate professionalism in all interactions while adhering to company safety standards and procedures. Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift 30-50 lbs
  • work in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods of time
  • handle, finger, grasp and lift objects and packages
  • reach with hands and arms
  • communicate, receive, and exchange ideas and information by means of the spoken and written word
  • ability to quickly and easily navigate the property/building as required to meet the job functions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalency preferred
  • college level courses in business or hospitality preferred
  • two to three years of business experience preferred
  • computer literacy with command of information system hardware/software preferred
  • effective written and verbal communication skills
  • multiple language fluency desirable
  • strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required

Job Duties

  • Demonstrates excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills
