The associate is expected to promote WeWork’s products and services, support building operations, and contribute to a lively, organized, and efficient workspace. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, multitasking abilities, and the capacity to prioritize member experiences while supporting operational needs. WeWork offers a base pay of $21 to $22 per hour, along with eligibility for an incentive compensation plan tailored to the role. Full-time employees receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, parental leave, healthcare benefits, a 401k retirement plan, and life and AD&D insurance.

Joining WeWork means becoming part of a community that celebrates passion, innovation, and collaboration.
