Job Description

This position is with a professional property management community that prioritizes security, customer service, and efficient administration. The community is structured to support residents, guests, and vendors with a friendly and secure environment. As a property management company, the organization operates in a residential or commercial communal setting, emphasizing integrity, professionalism, and community support.

The Front Desk Associate role serves as the vital first point of contact for everyone entering the property, including residents, guests, vendors, and employees. This position plays a key role in maintaining both the welcoming atmosphere and the safety protocols of the community. The Front Desk Associate provides exceptional customer service with a professional, friendly demeanor, ensuring every interaction is positive and supportive. Alongside greeting and managing visitor access, the Associate manages phone calls, handles mail and package distribution, and assists with various administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry. The role demands someone who is organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while maintaining calm under pressure.

This full-time position requires strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing phone and in-person inquiries, supporting office scheduling, and contributing to the general upkeep of the reception and office environment. Independence and punctuality are critical, as the role often requires managing responsibilities with limited supervision. Physical requirements include the ability to sit or stand for extended periods and occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds during daily operations.

By joining this community, the Front Desk Associate will be part of a team that values teamwork, professionalism, and a dedication to providing outstanding service. The role offers an opportunity to develop administrative and customer service skills within a supportive, people-oriented environment, and to contribute directly to the positive experience of all residents and visitors.
