As a Front Desk Associate at our extended stay property, you will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, playing a critical role in shaping their overall experience. You will be responsible for greeting guests with warmth and professionalism, managing check-in and check-out processes, and addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly. The ideal candidate will enjoy building positive, ongoing relationships with guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction over extended periods.

Your responsibilities will include processing payments, maintaining accurate guest records, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to meet guest needs, and ensuring the front desk area remains clean and organized. This role also involves enforcing property policies while maintaining excellent customer service and assisting long-term guests with account updates, stay extensions, and special requests. The ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment is essential, as is a professional appearance and positive attitude.

The work schedule for this role is flexible, accommodating mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist guests in a warm, professional manner
  • Manage check-ins, check-outs, and extended-stay reservations
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously
  • Process payments, post charges, and balance daily transactions
  • Maintain accurate guest records and reservation information
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest needs are met
  • Monitor lobby and front desk area to ensure cleanliness and organization
  • Enforce property policies while providing excellent customer service
  • Assist long-term guests with account updates, stay extensions, and special requests
