Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Basic computer proficiency
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet and assist guests in a warm, professional manner
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, and extended-stay reservations
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously
- Process payments, post charges, and balance daily transactions
- Maintain accurate guest records and reservation information
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest needs are met
- Monitor lobby and front desk area to ensure cleanliness and organization
- Enforce property policies while providing excellent customer service
- Assist long-term guests with account updates, stay extensions, and special requests
