Job Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- Customer service experience of at least 1 year
- Valid driver’s license
- Tech-savvy and comfortable multitasking
- Familiarity with barbershop or salon environments preferred

Job Duties
- Maintain a positive, upbeat atmosphere for staff and clients
- Partner with the Head Barber to uphold service standards and efficiency
- Greet clients, provide beverages, and finalize appointments at checkout
- Answer calls, emails, and texts
- schedule or reschedule appointments
- Ensure shop cleanliness and merchandising standards are met
- Assist with inventory tracking and communicate restocking needs
