Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one to two years of customer service experience
- strong communication skills
- ability to work under pressure and multitask
- physical ability to handle pets and lift up to 60 lbs
- flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays
- reliable and punctual

- One to two years in a customer service role
- detailed with the ability to work with a sense of urgency
- cheerful, friendly, and team-oriented attitude
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- enjoys problem solving to provide premier customer experiences
- comfortable with physical labor including pet handling
- able to lift up to 60 lbs
- flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times
Job Duties
- Welcoming pet parents and their pets with a friendly and positive attitude
- organizing and processing check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- walking dogs during drop-off and pickup and coordinating suite placement
- answering incoming phone calls, responding to voicemails, and managing emails in a timely manner
- completing cashier and point of sale operations accurately
- communicating and following through on requests from pet parents and resort leadership
- maintaining cleanliness of entranceway, lobby, and restrooms
