About the Opportunity

WeWork is seeking a Front Desk Associate to join its hospitality team. This role is vital as the primary point of contact for members and guests, embodying the brand’s welcoming spirit. The position is based at one of WeWork’s visually appealing locations and operates on weekdays, supporting the Community Management team to maintain smooth front desk operations. The role involves interaction with a diverse set of members from various industries, as well as specialized support for Enterprise clients depending on the location. Front Desk Associates may experience differences in holiday schedules, technical systems, and operational duties based on whether they serve a Classic or Enterprise location.

As the face of WeWork’s hospitality, the Front Desk Associate is responsible for creating a warm, inviting atmosphere that promotes a sense of belonging. You will greet members and guests, learn their names, answer questions, and address concerns directly to enhance the overall member experience. Key responsibilities include managing front desk operations such as handling mail and packages, maintaining building amenities, monitoring space conditions, and supporting emergency responses when required.

The role also requires a proactive engagement with the community, including maintaining member-related information in WeWork systems and promoting the company’s products and services appropriately. This position demands excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a strong service orientation, and the ability to multitask effectively while prioritizing member satisfaction. The role offers a base pay of $19 to $20 per hour, plus eligibility for an incentive compensation plan. Full-time employees can access comprehensive benefits such as paid time off, healthcare, and retirement plans.

Working at WeWork means being part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, diversity, and innovation.
