Job Requirements
- At least 6 months of customer service experience
- Ability to work a Saturday and Sunday schedule from 9am to 5pm
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Valid state driver's license if driving is required
- Maintain a clean driving record and current automobile insurance if driving
- Ability to walk long distances in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Commitment to customer service
- Strong people skills

Job Duties
- Managing front desk operations
- Greeting and assisting guests, answering phones, and directing calls
- Opening and closing the Community Center as shift requires
- Checking in members and guests to ensure planned use of the facilities
- Registering residents for special events and collecting payment
- Assisting the Membership Coordinator with an array of administrative duties
- Enforcing policies and procedures
- Maintaining a clean and inviting front desk environment
