Job Description

Our client is a reputable property management company well-known for providing exemplary residential and commercial property services. They pride themselves on maintaining welcoming, secure, and well-managed environments across various properties they support. This esteemed company emphasizes exceptional customer service and the value of building strong, positive relationships with residents and visitors alike. Their team of professionals is dedicated to ensuring that every property is managed efficiently and with the utmost care, reflecting their commitment to quality and excellence in the real estate and property management industry.

The Front Desk Associate role is a pivotal position within this property management company. As the face of the service, this role requires consistently interacting with both residents and guests, providing a warm, professional, and helpful presence. Front Desk Associates often operate independently and without direct supervision, making their responsibilities critical to smooth daily operations and overall resident satisfaction. This role goes beyond typical receptionist duties by fostering meaningful relationships that enhance the quality of the living or working environment. The associate will handle various tasks such as greeting visitors, monitoring building access, handling deliveries, and ensuring safety procedures are followed.

This position is designed for candidates who possess strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. The Front Desk Associate must be able to manage a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and diplomatic demeanor. Excellent customer service skills, along with the ability to communicate clearly and provide guidance, are essential. Handling technical procedures, understanding leases, and following regulations are also required as part of this role. Physical demands include the ability to stand, walk, and occasionally climb. Candidates must be prepared to work extended hours and be on call, including weekends.

This is a part-time, non-exempt position with a competitive pay rate of $20 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, offering consistency for associates seeking evening hours. As part of the employment package, associates are eligible for full supplemental benefits, including options for dental and vision coverage. This comprehensive compensation and benefit package reflects the company’s dedication to supporting its employees and fostering a positive work environment.

Overall, the Front Desk Associate has a significant role in maintaining a safe, efficient, and resident-focused property environment. This position offers an opportunity to join a dedicated team within a respected property management company, where customer service and operational excellence are paramount. If you are enthusiastic about providing outstanding service and thrive in an independent work setting, this role can be a great fit and launching point for growth within the organization.
