This opportunity is for a part-time customer service professional to join the Brooksby Village team in an evening and weekend capacity. This role is essential in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere as it serves as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and staff. The position requires strong administrative capabilities, particularly proficiency in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel, and prior experience handling multi-line telephone switchboard systems. The ideal candidate will have a background in reception and customer service, with the ability to multitask efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment. Evening and weekend availability, including the ability to work holidays, is required for this role.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles
  • Ability to work part-time evening and weekend shifts

Job Duties

  • Greet and direct our residents, visitors, and staff, handle questions and concerns efficiently
  • Manage resident’s list, alphabetically and by resident apartment
  • Responsible for logging all resident packages and notifying residents of a package pick-up via notice, assuring all mail is dispatched through U.S. Mail at the end of each day, sort and distributes all inter-office mail
  • Operate multi-line telephone switchboard professionally
  • Perform administrative tasks using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Handle multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
