The Front Desk Associate - Wellness Coordinator at The Joint Chiropractic plays a pivotal role in maintaining this high standard of service. The starting pay rate is competitive at $15.00 per hour, with guaranteed raises of $0.50 per hour monthly up to $20.00 per hour. Additionally, Wellness Coordinators can take advantage of bonus opportunities exceeding $400 monthly based on sales achievements, making this an exciting and motivating role for results-oriented individuals.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years sales experience preferred
- reliable transportation
- availability to work 4-5 days per week including weekends
- ability to cover shifts at any of the 5 Chattanooga area clinics
- strong multitasking abilities
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- proficiency with phone and computer systems
- previous sales experience of at least 3 years preferred
- history of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- ability to work well in a team-oriented environment

Job Duties
- Call lead lists daily and follow up with phone calls, texts, and email
- recognizing and supporting team goals and creating and maintaining positive relationships with team members
- maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of workspace
- handle the occasional upset patient with empathy, problem solving, and a win-win attitude
- accepting constructive criticism in a positive manner and using it as a learning tool
- willingness to participate in photography and video for social media presentations of clinic
- manage the flow of patients through the clinic in an organized manner
