The Front Desk Associate position at the Hampton Inn & Suites Napa, managed by OTO Development, is an essential role centered on delivering outstanding customer service to guests. This hourly position, reporting directly to the General Manager, requires an individual who thrives in a guest-facing role and is able to handle a variety of administrative and operational responsibilities effectively. The role involves assisting guests during check-in and check-out and throughout their stay, ensuring their needs are anticipated and met with professionalism and courtesy. A key component of the job is proficiently operating the hotel's electronic reservation system and other computer programs to facilitate smooth workflow and accurate records.
