Level5 Hospitality is currently seeking a Front Desk Agent to join their vibrant team. This role is crucial as it serves as the first point of contact for guests, making a lasting first impression through outstanding customer service and operational excellence. The Front Desk Agent is responsible for managing the entire check-in and check-out process, handling guest inquiries, reservations, and ensuring that every guest’s stay is smooth and enjoyable. Beyond typical front desk operations, this role also involves engaging with guests in a hospitality capacity that reflects the values and high standards of Level5 Hospitality.

As a Front Desk Agent at Level5, you will be expected to operate with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency. Your responsibilities extend to managing daily administrative tasks such as completing reports and auditing correspondence while adhering to the company’s established standard operating procedures. You will work closely with housekeeping and other departments to coordinate guest services seamlessly, ensuring rooms are ready and guest expectations are met or exceeded. The role also requires vigilance in security and emergency protocols, keeping the safety of guests and staff at the forefront.

Additionally, this position involves handling food and beverage service duties within the hotel’s dining area, including preparation and service of beverages and small bites, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and actively contributing to guest satisfaction goals. Job Duties

  • Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
  • Operate the front desk according to standard operating procedures and with exceptional guest service
  • Know emergency procedures and how to respond
  • Complete daily reports, audit correspondence, as required by the shift
  • Receive and confirm credit cards for validity and acceptability
  • Welcome guest upon their arrival and assign rooms
  • Take incoming calls, online and in-person room booking requests, and answer questions about guests' needs involving room rates, available rooms, amenities, and special requests
  • Communicate with housekeeping to make sure guest rooms are ready
  • Manage online and phone reservations
  • Respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Create incident reports for guest injuries/issues when required
  • Maintains a high standard of personal appearance and grooming, which includes compliance with the dress code policy
  • Performs other related duties as required or asked by supervisor
  • Ensure setup is complete each morning for the barista station and fresh foods and beverages are always available during the service hours
  • Demonstrate excellent menu and product knowledge
  • Prepare and serve beverage (hot and cold) and food (small bites) orders while guests are in the dining area. Checking in as necessary
  • Clean the bistro area, including the tables, chairs, and buffet bar as needed, and empty garbage
  • Remove plates and dishes from tables throughout the breakfast service using appropriate techniques for removing plates, glasses, and silverware promptly
  • Address visitor questions and requests promptly, courteously, and efficiently
  • Follow health and safety protocols to clean and sanitize service lines, beverage dispensers, and other equipment
  • Maintain adequate supplies of items such as clean glassware, dishes, or trays
  • Fill beverage and ice dispensers
  • Stock cabinets or serving areas with condiments and refill condiment containers
  • Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction
  • Practice safe work habits and use required safety equipment
  • Performs other related duties as required
