Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to relocate to Clovis, CA before starting work
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
- Familiarity with reservation and hotel management systems is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet and register guests in a friendly manner
- Assist in taking reservations, pre-registrations, and room blocking
- Assist groups upon arrival
- Be the first to handle and resolve guests issues
- Process payment according to procedure
- Upsell additional facilities and Market items
- Perform check out tasks
- Ensure the bank till is accurate and make your drop accordingly
- Answer questions and cater to any guests needs
- Communicate with all departments in the hotel
- Complete any tasks pertaining to Front Desk given to you by the Assistant General Manager and/or General Manager
