The position offers flexible scheduling with multiple shifts available, accommodating both full-time and part-time employment options. The hourly pay ranges from $17.00 to $18.50, reflecting our commitment to valuing the important work our team members perform.

As a Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for welcoming guests warmly, efficiently handling check-ins and check-outs, and verifying reservations with accuracy. Your role is integral in ensuring guests feel valued and assisted throughout their stay. You will be expected to answer guest inquiries and manage complaints professionally, always aiming to resolve issues swiftly to maintain high satisfaction levels. The duties extend to assisting with reservations, pre-registrations, room blocks for groups, and processing payments according to hotel procedures.

Additionally, Front Desk Associates play a promotional role by upselling hotel facilities and market items, contributing to the hotel's revenue goals. Effective communication with all hotel departments is essential to coordinate guest services and maintain smooth operation. You will be tasked with ensuring the cash bank till's accuracy and making necessary drops during your shift. Knowledge of the FOSSE system is considered a bonus, signifying a readiness to engage with hotel management software that enhances efficiency in guest service operations. Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet and register guests in a friendly manner
  • Assist in taking reservations, pre-registrations, and room blocking
  • Assist groups upon arrival
  • Be the first to handle and resolve guests issues
  • Process payment according to procedure
  • Upsell additional facilities and Market items
  • Perform check out tasks
  • Ensure the bank till is accurate and make your drop accordingly
  • Answer questions and cater to any guests needs
  • Communicate with all departments in the hotel
  • Complete any tasks pertaining to Front Desk given to you by the Assistant General Manager and/or General Manager
