Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or front desk operations preferred
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Cash handling experience
- Proficient in computer applications
- Current CPR certification required
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and perform physical tasks
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Greet and direct members, guests, and staff as they enter the gym
- Provide assistance and answer inquiries about gym operations and policies
- Perform various administrative duties including basic accounting and cash processing
- Maintain general cleanliness and organization of the club daily
- Participate in community outreach initiatives and marketing activities
- Communicate effectively with members and staff to ensure a positive experience
- Uphold safety standards including maintaining current CPR certification
