The Front Desk Associate plays a critical role in enhancing member experience and facilitating smooth gym operations. This position is the first point of contact for members, guests, and staff, providing a warm and professional greeting, directing visitors, and answering inquiries about gym policies and services. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, demonstrating excellent customer service skills and clear communication abilities. In addition to member interaction, the Front Desk Associate will support various administrative functions, including basic accounting tasks, cash processing, and managing computer-based systems efficiently. This role also requires active participation in the cleanliness and upkeep of the facility as well as engaging in community outreach and marketing efforts to increase gym visibility and member engagement. Current CPR certification is mandatory for all Front Desk Associates, reflecting our commitment to safety and emergency preparedness. Job Requirements

- Previous experience in customer service or front desk operations preferred
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
