The Front Desk Associate acts as the primary point of contact for members, prospective members, and guests, making an immediate impact through customer service excellence and friendly interaction. Responsibilities include greeting members, answering questions, resolving issues promptly, and handling administrative tasks such as member check-ins and phone communications. Experience in customer service is preferred, as this role demands strong communication skills and the ability to maintain an upbeat, can-do attitude.

Job Duties

  • Enthusiastically greet members, prospective members, and guests
  • provide a high-level of customer service to all members and effectively resolve issues
  • handle front desk activities including answering phones and checking-in members
  • take prospective members on tours of the facility
  • ensure gym systems and processes are followed
  • enforce facility rules and regulations, ensuring facility is clean and safe
