This job opportunity is for a part-time Front Desk Associate position at AWSkinCo+'s Murfreesboro, Tennessee location. The role is integral to supporting the company’s mission and maintaining a positive and welcoming work environment. The successful candidate will be a key point of contact for clients, responsible for delivering exceptional customer care by managing client interactions both in person and via phone and email. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting, and expertise in appointment scheduling and client management. The Front Desk Associate plays a vital role in optimizing provider schedules to ensure high efficiency and client satisfaction. Duties also encompass administrative functions such as managing inventory, conducting opening and closing procedures, and tracking key performance indicators to support business growth. With a focus on lead conversion, this role requires an individual who can engage potential clients effectively and contribute to expanding AWSkinCo+’s clientele. This position is part-time, with workdays scheduled on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and 1-2 Saturdays per month. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, supporting the spa’s goal of delivering luxurious and personalized aesthetic and medical spa services.

Job Requirements

  • 2 years of administrative experience preferably in a beauty enhancement environment such as a medspa salon with spa or dermatology
  • ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • strong customer service skills
  • excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • availability to work Wednesday Thursday Friday and 1-2 Saturdays per month
  • proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer literacy
  • dependable and punctual with a professional attitude

Job Qualifications

  • 2 years of administrative experience preferably in a beauty enhancement environment such as a medspa salon with spa or dermatology
  • strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
  • proficiency in appointment scheduling software and basic computer skills
  • ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
  • prior experience with inventory management is a plus
  • familiarity with lead conversion and sales funnel optimization is desirable

Job Duties

  • deliver exceptional customer care by providing a welcoming and professional experience for every client
  • greet clients warmly upon arrival and answer incoming calls promptly
  • respond to emails and other correspondence in a timely and professional manner
  • manage appointment scheduling including booking and rebooking to optimize provider availability and client satisfaction
  • handle client check-ins and check-outs efficiently while maintaining accurate records
  • perform opening and closing duties ensuring the workspace is organized and fully prepared for daily operations
  • restock shelves monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain a well-stocked environment
  • track key performance indicators and analyze reports to measure goal progress identify trends and support business growth
  • take ownership of lead conversion efforts by engaging potential clients and optimizing the sales funnel
  • optimize provider schedules to maximize efficiency minimize gaps and accommodate client needs effectively
