Job Requirements
- 2 years of administrative experience preferably in a beauty enhancement environment such as a medspa salon with spa or dermatology
- ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- strong customer service skills
- excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- availability to work Wednesday Thursday Friday and 1-2 Saturdays per month
- proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer literacy
- dependable and punctual with a professional attitude
Job Qualifications
- 2 years of administrative experience preferably in a beauty enhancement environment such as a medspa salon with spa or dermatology
- strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- proficiency in appointment scheduling software and basic computer skills
- ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
- prior experience with inventory management is a plus
- familiarity with lead conversion and sales funnel optimization is desirable
Job Duties
- deliver exceptional customer care by providing a welcoming and professional experience for every client
- greet clients warmly upon arrival and answer incoming calls promptly
- respond to emails and other correspondence in a timely and professional manner
- manage appointment scheduling including booking and rebooking to optimize provider availability and client satisfaction
- handle client check-ins and check-outs efficiently while maintaining accurate records
- perform opening and closing duties ensuring the workspace is organized and fully prepared for daily operations
- restock shelves monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain a well-stocked environment
- track key performance indicators and analyze reports to measure goal progress identify trends and support business growth
- take ownership of lead conversion efforts by engaging potential clients and optimizing the sales funnel
- optimize provider schedules to maximize efficiency minimize gaps and accommodate client needs effectively
