Job Requirements
- Have previous retail or sales experience preferred
- Possess excellent math and computer skills
- Demonstrate great people skills and ability to multitask
- Support total body care with general knowledge of massage and skin care services
- Ability to work flexible schedules including holidays and weekends
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Qualifications
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and multitasking abilities
- Excellent math and computer skills
- Great people skills with an ability to establish positive relationships
- Knowledge or support of total body care principles
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Effective communication skills
Job Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure clients feel valued and understood
- Promote total body care by educating clients on new and expanded services
- Sell the Massage Envy Wellness Program and encourage retail homecare purchases
- Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, and managing communications
- Help grow and retain client base through in-person and phone/email outreach
- Assist in answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing client questions
- Maintain a welcoming and organized clinic environment
