Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Ability to manage multi-line phone systems
- Proficiency with hotel management software and reservation systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively
- Familiarity with hotel management systems multi-line phone systems and night audit procedures is a plus
- Excellent communication skills including phone etiquette and guest relations expertise
- Previous hotel experience or resort background is advantageous but not mandatory
- We value enthusiasm and a service-oriented mindset
- Ability to remain energetic organized and attentive during busy shifts including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival providing a positive first impression of the property
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism answering inquiries and directing calls efficiently
- Check guests in and out swiftly accurately processing reservations and payments using hotel management software
- Handle guest requests complaints and special accommodations with tact and promptness to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain guest records update profiles and assist with room assignments to optimize occupancy
- Support night audit procedures by reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports for management
- Collaborate with housekeeping maintenance and other departments to coordinate guest services and resolve issues promptly
