Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Ability to manage multi-line phone systems
  • Proficiency with hotel management software and reservation systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems multi-line phone systems and night audit procedures is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills including phone etiquette and guest relations expertise
  • Previous hotel experience or resort background is advantageous but not mandatory
  • We value enthusiasm and a service-oriented mindset
  • Ability to remain energetic organized and attentive during busy shifts including nights and weekends

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival providing a positive first impression of the property
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism answering inquiries and directing calls efficiently
  • Check guests in and out swiftly accurately processing reservations and payments using hotel management software
  • Handle guest requests complaints and special accommodations with tact and promptness to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain guest records update profiles and assist with room assignments to optimize occupancy
  • Support night audit procedures by reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports for management
  • Collaborate with housekeeping maintenance and other departments to coordinate guest services and resolve issues promptly
