Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in front-end customer service in property management or hospitality
  • ability to follow oral and written instructions
  • strong record keeping and administrative skills
  • good judgment and problem-solving skills
  • ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • ability to maintain confidentiality
  • well groomed and professional demeanor
  • ability to lift up to 35 pounds
  • valid California State driver’s license
  • ability to sit or stand for extended periods
  • flexible schedule to include some evenings and weekends
  • consistent and regular attendance

Job Qualifications

  • Previous front-end customer service experience in property management or hospitality
  • at least 2 years experience working with 55+ demographic desirable
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • proficiency in English speaking, reading, and writing
  • bilingual Spanish desirable
  • general math skills
  • ability to work independently and under pressure
  • strong ethical practices
  • knowledge of standard operating procedures and safety precautions
  • CPR and First Aid certification desirable
  • completion of college courses in business, hospitality, or management desirable

Job Duties

  • Provide high-level front-end concierge services to residents
  • respond professionally and courteously to resident inquiries
  • answer telephone calls professionally and handle messages timely
  • assist residents with amenity reservations and service requests
  • monitor service providers and facility operations
  • respond to homeowner inquiries regarding facility usage and maintenance
  • receive and inspect project materials for quality and quantity
