Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in front-end customer service in property management or hospitality
- ability to follow oral and written instructions
- strong record keeping and administrative skills
- good judgment and problem-solving skills
- ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- well groomed and professional demeanor
- ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- valid California State driver’s license
- ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- flexible schedule to include some evenings and weekends
- consistent and regular attendance
Job Qualifications
- Previous front-end customer service experience in property management or hospitality
- at least 2 years experience working with 55+ demographic desirable
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in English speaking, reading, and writing
- bilingual Spanish desirable
- general math skills
- ability to work independently and under pressure
- strong ethical practices
- knowledge of standard operating procedures and safety precautions
- CPR and First Aid certification desirable
- completion of college courses in business, hospitality, or management desirable
Job Duties
- Provide high-level front-end concierge services to residents
- respond professionally and courteously to resident inquiries
- answer telephone calls professionally and handle messages timely
- assist residents with amenity reservations and service requests
- monitor service providers and facility operations
- respond to homeowner inquiries regarding facility usage and maintenance
- receive and inspect project materials for quality and quantity
