Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0-2 years of hospitality or customer service experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out processes

  • Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly
  • Maintain accurate guest records and update reservation systems
  • Provide information and assistance regarding hotel services and local attractions
