Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality management
  • Hotel experience is a strong plus
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Familiarity with front desk operations
  • Knowledge of night audit procedures
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to commute to Milwaukee, WI 53207

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with a friendly, energetic attitude and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
  • Drive shuttle van to the airport for guests arriving and departing
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and provide accurate information about hotel amenities and local attractions
  • Handle guest requests, resolve issues swiftly, and ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service and personalized attention
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest information using hotel management software
  • Conduct night audit procedures when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight
  • Uphold professional phone etiquette and communicate clearly with guests, team members, and vendors at all times
  • Support guest relations by addressing concerns proactively and creating a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits
