Job Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality management
- Hotel experience is a strong plus
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Familiarity with front desk operations
- Knowledge of night audit procedures
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to commute to Milwaukee, WI 53207

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a friendly, energetic attitude and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Drive shuttle van to the airport for guests arriving and departing
- Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and provide accurate information about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Handle guest requests, resolve issues swiftly, and ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service and personalized attention
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest information using hotel management software
- Conduct night audit procedures when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight
- Uphold professional phone etiquette and communicate clearly with guests, team members, and vendors at all times
- Support guest relations by addressing concerns proactively and creating a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits
