We foster an inclusive and positive working environment where every team member’s contribution is valued and growth opportunities abound. Our property features modern amenities, a welcoming atmosphere, and a commitment to excellence that makes us a preferred destination for travelers seeking both leisure and business accommodations.

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic hospitality team. This full-time or part-time role offers an hourly wage ranging from $16.00 to $18.00 and expects a commitment of 32 to 40 hours per week. Your responsibilities will include handling a multi-line phone system, managing reservations and cancellations efficiently using our hotel management software, and providing guests with accurate information about our hotel amenities and local attractions. Beyond administrative duties, you will be pivotal in fostering a warm and professional atmosphere by addressing guest requests and resolving any issues swiftly and courteously.

The position also involves driving the hotel shuttle van to and from the airport, which requires a valid driver’s license. When scheduled, you will conduct night audit procedures to balance accounts and prepare reports overnight, supporting the financial integrity of our operations. Exceptional communication skills, a positive attitude, and strong interpersonal abilities are essential to excel in this role, especially in our fast-paced, guest-centric environment. Additionally, bilingual or multilingual skills are highly valued as they enhance our ability to serve a diverse clientele effectively.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality and eager to develop their management skills within a supportive resort environment. Join us and embark on a rewarding career where your dedication and enthusiasm can truly make a difference in every guest’s stay.
