Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Proficiency with POS and booking software
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in busy settings
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience preferred in hospitality, fitness, retail, or sports facilities

Job Duties
- Greet members and guests with a friendly, professional attitude
- Manage court reservations, member check-ins, and program registrations
- Process payments for memberships, retail, events, and food and beverage
- Answer phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
- Assist with league nights, tournaments, and special events
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area
- Promote memberships, clinics, and upcoming programs
- Support management with daily operational tasks
