The facility is designed to foster a welcoming and high-energy environment where both casual players and competitive athletes can enjoy the benefits of pickleball. By combining cutting-edge amenities with a strong community focus, PickleRage New Rochelle has become a central hub for pickleball enthusiasts seeking exceptional experiences and connections within the sport.

The Front Desk Associate role at PickleRage New Rochelle is a vital part of the guest experience and day-to-day operations. Serving as the first face guests see upon entering, this position demands excellent customer service skills and a professional, friendly demeanor. The Front Desk Associate is responsible for managing court reservations, handling member check-ins, processing payments across various categories including memberships, retail sales, events, and food and beverage orders, as well as responding to inquiries via phone and email. This part-time role offers the opportunity to engage directly with the pickleball community, support leagues and special events like tournaments, and maintain a welcoming lobby environment. There is potential for growth within the team as the brand and facility expand, making this position a great fit for energetic, team-oriented individuals who are passionate about sports and community engagement. The competitive hourly wage ranges from $17 to $18, and the job requires availability during evenings and weekends to best serve the facility's active schedule.
