Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings evenings and weekends
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Detail oriented
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work in person
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures

- Excellent communication skills including phone etiquette and customer service
- Dependable prompt efficient self motivated flexible adaptive
- Passionate to interact and assist with the needs of RDF clients guests and staff
- Ability to work early morning hours evenings and or weekends
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to keep accurate and detailed notes
- Possess basic computer skills
- Possess problem solving resolution skills
- Good organizational and multi tasking abilities
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome clients and guests warmly and by name
- Direct client and guest foot traffic
- Assist with client and guest check-in
- Answer questions and assist liaise with addressing client and guest concerns
- Assist staff with scheduling client appointments and attendance tracking
- Assist with point of sale retail
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them and or take messages
- Receive letters packages etc. and distribute them
- Prepare outgoing mail
- Monitor front desk office supplies and communicate needs to management
- Keep front desk clean tidy presentable with all necessary materials forms pens etc.
- Attend and or participate in weekly staff meetings as required by management
- Help to ensure the cleanliness of the entire facility in accordance with established policies
- Execute other duties as assigned by management
