Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including mornings evenings and weekends
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to work in person

  • Ability to work early morning hours evenings and or weekends

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome clients and guests warmly and by name
  • Direct client and guest foot traffic
  • Assist with client and guest check-in
  • Answer questions and assist liaise with addressing client and guest concerns
  • Assist staff with scheduling client appointments and attendance tracking
  • Assist with point of sale retail
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them and or take messages
  • Receive letters packages etc. and distribute them
  • Prepare outgoing mail
  • Monitor front desk office supplies and communicate needs to management
  • Keep front desk clean tidy presentable with all necessary materials forms pens etc.
  • Attend and or participate in weekly staff meetings as required by management
  • Help to ensure the cleanliness of the entire facility in accordance with established policies
  • Execute other duties as assigned by management
