This role is tailor-made for an individual who excels in direct client interactions and is adept at handling a hybrid scheduling system. As a key member supporting our small but dynamic team, you will ensure the smooth operation of daily business activities, coordinate bookings, and maintain excellent communication between clients and team members. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming reception area, processing payments accurately, and organizing office tasks to uphold the studio's reputation for professionalism and high-quality service. Bilingual skills in Spanish are considered a valuable asset, enabling broader communication with our diverse clientele. This position requires someone who can multitask effectively within a fast-paced setting while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in administrative support
