We are an established outpatient medical office located in Reno, Nevada, dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare services to our community. As a full-time outpatient medical office, our team works collaboratively to ensure that every patient experience is positive from the moment of arrival to the completion of their visit.

We are currently seeking a well-trained and organized Front Desk Assistant to join our team. This full-time role is critical to the daily operations of our office, serving as the first point of contact for patients and visitors. The Front Desk Assistant will be responsible for greeting and checking in patients warmly and professionally, scheduling and confirming appointments, managing telephone communications, verifying insurance, and processing patient paperwork. This position requires strong communication skills, a courteous and professional demeanor, and proficiency with office software and scheduling systems. The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced healthcare environment is essential. Work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, with a competitive annual salary ranging from $40,000 to $50,000.
