We are currently seeking a Receptionist or Office Administrator to join our team in Des Moines, IA. This full-time role is essential to the smooth operation of our front desk and overall office management. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, responsible for greeting guests warmly and professionally, coordinating room reservations for meetings and events, and managing incoming mail with accuracy and timeliness.
