Job Requirements

  • Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekend days
  • Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, and perform bending, twisting, pulling, stooping
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
  • Position may require background and drug screening in accordance with company policy
  • Specific duties may vary by property, team size, or facility

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic computer literacy

  • Knowledge of local area and attractions is a plus

Job Duties

  • Check owners/guests into their villas and provide information about property amenities, services, hours of operations, and local attractions
  • Actively listen and respond positively to guests' questions, concerns, and requests
  • Contact other departments to resolve guest issues
  • Identify and explain room features to guests, such as use of room key, ice and vending areas
  • Follow up with owners/guests to ensure their requests or problems have been satisfactorily addressed
  • Answer telephone calls and route them to the appropriate department as needed
  • Assist with bellman and runner duties depending on facility or location
