Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a hotel front desk or similar customer service role
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • reliable and punctual
  • flexible with work schedule including weekends and holidays
  • ability to maintain professionalism in a high-pressure environment

Job Qualifications

  • strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • previous hotel front desk or hospitality experience preferred
  • customer service oriented with a genuine desire to satisfy guest needs
  • proficiency in basic computer systems and reservation software
