Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in front desk or guest service roles
  • Ability to handle cash and credit transactions
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing job duties
  • Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Qualifications

  • Previous hotel front desk and guest services experience required
  • Conference center/Concierge experience preferred
  • Previous cash handling experience preferred
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
  • Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrate organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Greet and provide customer service to guests while anticipating their needs
  • Supply guests or travelers with directions, travel information, and other information such as available services and points of interest
  • Book reservations, rentals, and coordinate registration
  • Operate a register and/or software system to complete cash and credit card transactions
  • Answer phone calls and emails and deliver messages as needed
  • Maintain excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
  • Coordinate resolution of guest concerns
  • Manage classroom supply inventory
  • Fulfill material request forms
  • Support classroom set-up and daily operations
  • Communicate closely with all departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
