InnVentures is a dynamic hospitality management company driven by an innovative and entrepreneurial spirit, dedicated to building high-performing teams that deliver outstanding results. With a portfolio that includes over 75 hotels across more than 20 states, InnVentures operates properties for some of the nation’s largest Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and private real estate owners, as well as numerous individual and family-owned hotels. Established over 40 years ago, InnVentures has developed proven methods in management, development, and revenue optimization, allowing the company to build a trusted reputation for operating major hotel brands successfully. Their expertise fosters an environment of growth and excellence, consistently setting high standards within the hospitality industry.

Located in the vibrant Moxy New Orleans French Quarter in Louisiana, this role provides an exceptional opportunity for candidates passionate about hospitality and customer service. The Front Desk Agent/Bartender position blends traditional front desk responsibilities with mixology, offering a unique and engaging guest experience. The role is pivotal in creating lasting first impressions and ensuring guest satisfaction from arrival throughout their stay. Employees in this position will engage with guests in a fast-paced environment, utilizing their attentive and personable nature to respond swiftly to requests, questions, and complaints. In addition to managing all front desk interactions such as check-ins, check-outs, and reservation inquiries, the role also involves preparing and serving a variety of cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages.

This hybrid role requires versatility, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates will work collaboratively with different hotel departments to meet and exceed guest expectations, contributing to the hotel's overall mission of building strong guest loyalty. The position demands physical stamina with the ability to stand for the entire shift and lift up to 25 pounds, reflecting the hands-on nature of both front desk and bartending duties. Working evenings, weekends, and holidays is a requirement to meet the hospitality demands.

InnVentures highly values employee well-being and offers a comprehensive benefits package for eligible workers. These benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, company-paid life insurance, paid time off, and a company-matched 401(k) plan. Staff can also take advantage of voluntary benefits such as short-term and long-term disability, accident coverage, life insurance, critical illness plans, and flexible spending accounts. Life enrichment opportunities are also part of the perks, including hotel benefits, employee assistance programs, and leadership development initiatives. Payment frequency includes a unique option where employees can get paid daily, emphasizing the company’s commitment to supporting its team members financially and professionally. This position provides a rewarding career path within a respected and established hospitality management company, ideal for individuals seeking to grow their expertise in both guest services and beverage management.
