As a Front Desk Agent at the Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club, you will be integral to the Front Office Team, acting as the first point of contact for guests and ensuring a warm, welcoming, and seamless check-in and check-out process. This role goes beyond traditional front desk duties; it is about delivering an elevated hospitality experience that embodies the resort's commitment to excellence and guest satisfaction. You will engage guests with genuine enthusiasm and sincerity, ensuring every visitor feels valued and cared for from the moment they arrive. Additionally, you will assist guests by understanding their needs, providing expert advice on resort amenities and local attractions to personalize each stay, and resolving any issues with professionalism and a sense of urgency. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience in a hospitality setting
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency with computer systems and reservation software
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Professional and friendly demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Knowledge of hotel reservation software
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
  • Fluency in English
