They must be age 21 or older and capable of obtaining and maintaining a gaming card, which is a mandatory requirement for this position.

Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a gaming card
  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Availability to work swings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure
  • Must be legally authorized to work
