Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in hospitality or customer service
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • proficiency with standard computer systems used in hotel operations
  • physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
