Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in customer service preferably in hospitality
  • prior cash handling experience
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to remain calm under pressure
  • proficiency in computer and hotel property management software
  • availability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends holidays

Job Duties

  • provide exceptional customer service creating a positive first impression for guests
  • efficiently handle guest check-ins and check-outs ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with professionalism and empathy
  • assist guests with recommendations and information about local attractions dining options and hotel amenities
  • collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
