Job Description

We are a reputable hotel dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences through professional and courteous service. Our establishment prides itself on maintaining a welcoming and efficient front office team that serves as the first point of contact for our valued guests. We are currently seeking a part-time Front Desk Associate who will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction through effective communication, accurate handling of reservations, and proficient management of front office operations. This role offers the opportunity to join a dynamic team focused on delivering outstanding hospitality services in a fast-paced hotel environment.

As a Front Desk Associate, your primary responsibility will be to greet guests warmly and manage their check-in and check-out processes promptly and professionally. You will assist with pre-registration and reservations, ensuring the accurate blocking of rooms and proper handling of any special guest requests. With a thorough understanding of the front office system—whether computerized or manual—you will be expected to post charges accurately, manage cash handling with precision, and maintain detailed records of all transactions. Your expertise in hotel rates, discounts, and cancellation policies will be essential in supporting our operational standards and delivering seamless guest experiences.

This position requires someone who thrives in a team environment and exhibits a strong work ethic, self-initiative, and excellent communication skills. You may be required to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of our guests. The role involves physical requirements such as prolonged periods of sitting, occasional standing and walking, and fine motor skills necessary for keyboarding and operating office equipment. You must also be capable of lifting items weighing between 10 to 25 pounds when needed.

If you are passionate about hospitality and eager to contribute to a team that values guest satisfaction, this part-time Front Desk Associate position could be an excellent fit for you. We offer a supportive work environment where your efforts directly impact the quality of our guests' experiences, making every stay memorable and enjoyable.
