Responsibilities include assigning rooms, explaining the hotel amenities and rates, verifying payment methods, and promoting on-site activities and food and beverage outlets to enhance the guest experience. Acting as a concierge when needed, managing communication channels, and promptly responding to guest requests are also key elements of this position.
