We are currently seeking a Front Desk Agent on a per diem basis to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on delivering outstanding guest experiences and serving as the first and last point of contact for our visitors. The position covers a 3pm to 11pm shift and is ideal for individuals who are friendly, professional, and customer-oriented. As a Front Desk Agent at Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Worcester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guests receive efficient check-in and check-out services, prompt responses to inquiries and requests, and overall assistance throughout their stay. Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Flexibility to work a 3pm to 11pm shift on a per diem basis
  • Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software is a plus
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with tact and professionalism

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival ensuring a warm and professional first impression
  • Check guests in and out efficiently using the hotel management system
  • Handle guest inquiries requests and complaints with professionalism and courtesy
  • Manage reservations cancellations and modifications accurately
  • Provide information about hotel amenities local attractions and services
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as phone coverage and data entry
  • Collaborate with housekeeping maintenance and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Follow all hotel policies and procedures to ensure safety and security
