Job Requirements
- Must be available to work weekends consistently
- Must be able to stand or sit for extended periods
- Must pass a background check
Job Qualifications
- Prior concierge front desk hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Reliable punctual and able to work independently
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn property systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Additional coursework or training in hospitality or customer service preferred
Job Duties
- Maintain a professional welcoming lobby presence at all times
- Greet residents and guests manage visitor access and announce arrivals
- Answer and route phone calls with proper etiquette
- Handle packages deliveries and key control according to property procedures
- Monitor building access and follow security protocols
- Assist residents with requests reservations and general inquiries
- Maintain accurate logs and reports for incidents visitors and deliveries
- Coordinate with property management and escalate issues when needed
- Ensure the front desk and lobby remain clean organized and presentable
