The role involves mastering all check-in and check-out procedures, managing reservations, and understanding the full spectrum of hotel facilities and inter-departmental relationships. Employees in this role will be trained to handle guest scenarios professionally while utilizing the technological tools and equipment necessary to operate the front desk efficiently. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to operate front desk technology and reservation systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Willingness to perform special duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or front desk operations preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to use computer systems and office equipment
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services

- Be thoroughly acquainted with all check-in procedures and policies
- Be thoroughly acquainted with all check-out procedures and policies
- Be thoroughly acquainted with all reservations procedures and policies
- Be familiar with guest scenarios
- Be familiar with all technical equipment as related to the front desk
- Be familiar with all hotel facilities
- Be familiar with the inter-relationship between different departments
- Assist Guest Services during peak times
- Assist with incoming calls through PBX functions
- Accept special duties as required by management
- Work with Front Office Manager to ensure completion of daily shift checklist
