The Front Desk Agent role at TownePlace Suites Miami Homestead plays a vital part in ensuring superior guest satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service. The position requires flexibility with work schedules as it covers weekends, holidays, and varied shifts, reflecting the dynamic nature of the hospitality environment. Responsibilities include processing check-ins and check-outs in an efficient and courteous manner, handling any guest complaints promptly to ensure positive resolution, adhering to payment, cash handling, and credit policies, and generating and distributing daily operational reports to various departments. Collaboration with housekeeping staff to resolve room status discrepancies is also a key function.
