Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service experience preferred
- ability to use hotel software systems
- excellent communication skills
- reliable and punctual
- availability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- ability to stand and move continuously during shifts
Job Qualifications
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking with excellent communication skills
- proficiency with computers and hotel management software
- previous hotel experience preferred but not required
- ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
- availability to work evening, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
- physical ability to remain active throughout the shift
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and complete the registration process
- verify guest details and assign rooms
- process electronic key coding
- provide exceptional guest services and information
- promote hotel amenities and use up-selling techniques
- assist with guest check-out and billing
- resolve guest complaints professionally
- maintain knowledge of hotel operations and services
