Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years of experience working with Marriott Hotels
  • Must be able to work full-time, 30-40 hours per week
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to operate front desk systems and handle cash transactions
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be available to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Location in Jacksonville, FL, and work performed in person

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality management is preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus
  • Experience in night audit processes is beneficial
  • A positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure

Job Duties

  • Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor
  • Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations
  • Process payments and manage billing inquiries
  • Assist with night audit duties as required
  • Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Uphold hotel policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with safety regulations
