Responsibilities include greeting vendors, residents, and guests, verifying identities, and managing building access to ensure only authorized individuals enter residential floors. This position also demands proactive engagement in coordinating incoming deliveries such as packages, flowers, and food, alongside comprehensive monitoring of security cameras and exterior doors to maintain a secure environment.

Beyond these duties, the Front Desk Agent oversees building premises through regular patrols and provides critical support in crisis situations by following all safety and emergency procedures. Effective communication and collaboration with other building staff and property management form a core part of the job, ensuring residents’ needs are consistently met and that operations are seamless. Additional responsibilities include managing front desk areas to uphold professional standards of cleanliness and organization, answering telephones courteously, and facilitating communication between unit owners, maintenance teams, and management. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • prior experience as a front desk agent preferred

Job Duties

  • Greeting visitors to the property and verifying their access
  • supplying guided access to authorized units
  • overseeing package handling and coordinating all deliveries including packages, flowers, and restaurant food
  • controlling and monitoring security cameras and building's exterior doors
